I find Posh Petals to be simply divine. Big and bold flowers are sweet and attention getting, no doubt.
A mom-owned business specializing in chic elastic headbands, hair clips and crochet beanies for everyone from babies to grown women, Posh Petals has something for every age, personality and style. Their headbands and clips come in a choice of colors and patterns from sassy to sweet to offbeat. Big and bold flowers are great for the tween set, while smaller flowers adorn baby hair clips.
The design vision that owner Carie Harris had when she created the crocheted beanie and knit hats is stunning. Using a slightly shimmering fabric yarn and topping it off with a big, bold flower creates a hat that is really to cute for words. These hats would be great for pictures, as a gift, or even just for every day wear.
All hair clips, whether large or small, have a cotton lining to reduce slippage, but I found that my daughter's fine hair still did not hold them well. If you have a child with ultra-find hair, you will likely find that a Velcro backing will hold their hair better; this is something you could even glue in yourself.
My only real concern with Posh Petals are the crystal and sequin adornments that are sewn on the product. While they are stitched on multiple times with very strong thread, little objects on baby clothes and accessories always make me nervous. In all my tugging and pulling, I could not break one off, so I feel that they are indeed very secure. However, I do feel it is worth mentioning.
