If only we all had the luxury of having a personal shopper for our kids (or ourselves), right?
Now, you can have the next best thing! Take a swing by Tada! Shop, a site designed by busy parents, for busy parents.
Face it, shopping on the Internet can save you big money on baby clothes, but it can also be overwhelming and frustrating - especially if you purchase an item, only to find the exact same item (or a comparable one) on another site for a good deal less. Tada! Shop takes the guess work out of shopping online by giving you a one-stop-shop to compare prices on everything from baby clothes and shoes to toys.
Shopping for a specific item - say a special occasion dress? You can search the site by the generic term "dress," or filter by "brand," "color," "size," "boutique shops," or "price." Tada! shop scours a variety of smaller retailers (Macy's and Target need not apply) who offer unique styles at the highest quality for babies and kids. Examples include J. Crew, Tea Collection and Olive Juice.
When you find what you're looking for, you can save the items to your shopping list or make your purchase after comparing prices across multiple websites. What a fantastic idea!
Get creative and make your own looks for your little one or shop through looks already chosen by site editors Holly and Hadley or by their group of kid consultants that weigh in with their own opinions.
Shopping doesn't get much easier than this.

It seems that every time I blog about one of these designer discount sites that offers a different deal each day, another one pops up. In this case, I have About.com Baby Clothes reader Jill to thank for the tip (which she kindly left in the comments section of another post).
EcoBabyBuys.com is another of these sites - but this time, it's all eco-friendly. And we all know that organic baby clothes are a great buy for a number of reasons - not to mention, great for your baby's skin as well. But let's be honest, going organic can get expensive.
Another site with an email-alert option and an RSS feed option, you can stay on top of these eco-friendly deals that start every day at 9am. My recommendation? Sign up stat!

For almost two weeks now we've been hearing about the earthquake in Haiti - it's all over the news and web and it seems that every organization is collecting money to help those affected by the tragedy.
But Anne Geddes is taking a different approach to her contribution. In keeping with the ideals of The Geddes Philanthropic Trust, which has always focused on helping children suffering neglect, Anne and her husband Kel have pleged to send $50,000 worth of baby clothes from her unique collection through Feed the Children of America.
Know of other baby clothes designer donating clothing? Let us all know in the comments!

A few weeks ago, Baby Clothes reader Rachel mentioned that she enjoys shopping at the website bTrendie.com - similar in nature to Totsy, it offers designer baby clothes (and baby goods) from a variety of trendy designers at deep, deep discounts.
Started by a group of parents who really love a great sale but don't love the thought of trudging through the crowded stores, they enjoy original designs, fine materials and great prices. And since they're shopping online from the comfort of their home, they're saving the planet too.
Like Totsy, or another great discount site, BabySteals.com, sizes and availability of sizes are limited and offered for only a few days at a time. And if they don't have something that you're looking for, just send them a quick email and they'll try to get it on the website for you.
A great new shopping destination, bTrendie.com should be one of your frequent online shopping stops.
